In simple terms your placing an item on eBay such as a used apple aluminium keyboard which can sell for £28 "$43" easily. Which you are buying from some other seller at a much lower price then your selling yours.
Once your item has sold, you'll use this money to purchase the cheaper aluminium keyboard and have it delivered directly to the buyer who purchased the apple aluminium keyboard from your auction.
The whole idea of this is that you get to keep the profit, and you don't have to deal with the shipping of the item and can simply go along and keep repeating this and just generating pure profit.
